Cannibal Deer Studios is an independent comic and animation studio run solely by me, Amanda Gonzales, a queer Latina artist from the Burbank creative community. This is a one-woman operation built from the ground up, driven by passion, emotion, and a refusal to water anything down!I specialize in dark, mature, and often taboo narratives that explore identity, intimacy, and power. My work centers LGBTQIA+ voices and people of color, both in the stories I tell and in the characters who lead them. It's art with teeth: raw, emotionally charged, and unapologetically bold.While I currently create everything myself from story to final frame, I’m in the process of expanding Cannibal Deer Studios. I’m actively looking to collaborate with other talented creatives who align with my vision, with the goal of growing into a larger, independent force in comics and animation.This is a space for outsiders, weirdos, and anyone hungry for storytelling that dares to go deeper.
